Swank Wedding Show is organized and produced by The Soirée Company, a boutique event planning company.  Launched in 2009 as Soirée Planners, we specialized in weddings & corporate until 2019.

 

From Jan. 2020, we will only accept day-of coordination clients, invitation clients, and corporate clients. 

 

We are focusing on expanding our e-commerce platform for beautiful brides by providing them with unique bridesmaids gifts, favors, and other essentials for their big day. 

 

The Soirée Company is also focusing on large expo productions such as our Swank Wedding Show, the Vancouver Women's Expo, and a wedding planning magazine/blog: Swank Wedding Magazine.

 

We take great care in bringing together amazing vendors you'll actually need for your big day.  We have taken all our experience as wedding planners in producing this show to make sure you get the luxurious wedding you want within your budget.

Our show is less of a tradeshow and more of a soirée.  So, come in, enjoy the activities while planning your wedding at our show and keep that momentum going by turning a Sunday to your "wedding planning afternoon". 

 

We understand that wedding planning is stressful so we do all that we can to make sure your experience is full of as much relaxation as possible!
